The Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET) 2011 results have been announced on Monday, January 3rd, 2011 at the JMET official website. The links to check the reuslts are given below. The examination was held on December 12th, 2010 and conducted by IIT Delhi in coordination with the six other IITs and IISc Bangalore.
The qualified students in this exam will be eligible to obtain admission into the post-graduate management programs in IIT and IISc Bangalore.
Around 26,035 students appeared for the examination. This 3 hour long test was conducted in seven zones, 69 centers and 35 cities all around India.
This year, approximately 5,197 female students appeared for the examination and out of them 927 were qualified. Ratika Anand is the topper among female candidates with an all-India rank of 27.
The students that are successful with this examination need to apply separately to each of the school or departments of management in various IITs and IISc.
