With Punch Victim, Demi Lovato Settles

Alex Welch was a back-up dancer for Demi Lovato, but recently the two had a big fight where Lovato was accused of punching her in the face. It left bruising and a lawsuit was taken out by the dancer against Lovato. It has now been settled by the attorneys.



Welch’s attorney, Donald Karpel, tells TMZ, “The parties are satisfied and the dispute has been resolved amicably and completely.”

No word on how much Lovato had to pay-out but Welch has received a large sum that is to be left confidential, according to attorneys of both parties. Lovato remains in a treatment facility in NY and has since said she felt “awful” about the incident.
