Top Shows & Movies Of 2010: American Film Institute Honors

The American Film Institute released its annual list of the Top 10 Movies and Top 10 TV Shows on Sunday.

The Top 10 TV Shows of 2010 include three shows from HBO - "Boardwalk Empire," "The Pacific," and "Temple Grandin" - and two from AMC - "Mad Men" and "The Walking Dead." NBC's "30 Rock," Showtime's "The Big C," and Fox's "Glee" were also on the list.

The Top 10 Films include Darren Aronofsky's "Black Swan," David O. Russell's "The Fighter," Christopher Nolan's "Inception," Lisa Cholodenko's "The Kids Are All Right," Danny Boyle's "127 Hours," David Fincher's "The Social Network," Ben Affleck's "The Town," Disney's "Toy Story 3," Ethan and Joel Coen's "True Grit," and Debra Granik's "Winter's Bone."

The AFI will honor the films and TV shows at a luncheon on January 14 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles.
